The Showcase Home Program rewards homeowners who let their finished project showcase our work. Your home becomes a local example we can point neighbors to — and you receive special showcase pricing in return.
If you’re planning new vinyl siding, a metal roof, replacement windows, a sunroom, or another major exterior project, you could qualify as one of a limited number of showcase homes in your area and have your project completed at a significantly reduced price.
How It Works
We select a limited number of highly visible homes in each community. Your project is completed to the same standard as every Eicher’s Pro Vinyl job — our own employee installers, quality materials, and our 5-year workmanship warranty — at special showcase pricing. In return, we may photograph the finished project, place a small yard sign during the work, and occasionally refer interested neighbors to drive by and see the results.
